Last year, Bleat provided cutting rooms for The Moment by Aidan Zamiri. The team – composed of editors Neal Farmer and Billie Sneddon – collaborated closely on shaping the film ahead of its festival run. Following post completion, The Moment went on to premiere at Sundance 2026, before being selected for Berlinale 2026 in the Panorama section, marking a significant milestone for all involved in the film’s post-production journey.
Over recent months, the rooms have supported a variety of productions, including 7 Miles Out (dir. Carol Morley), Life and Flowers and Other Things (dir. Pelayo De Lario), and Clarissa (dir. Arie Esiri and Chuko Esiri), among others. Each project has brought its own editorial rhythm and workflow demands, and the flexibility and comfort of the
suites have allowed editing teams to settle in swiftly and work efficiently.
Bleat has also contributed to the journeys of several other films selected for this year’s Berlinale, with a total of five projects in the lineup. In addition to The Moment, these include mixes for At the Sea (dir. Kornél Mundruczó) and Dust (dir. Anke Blondé) in Competition; The Testament of Ann Lee (dir. Mona Fastvold) in Special Gala; and Ghost School (dir. Seemab Gul) in Generation Kplus. These selections reinforce Bleat’s growing reputation among international co-producers as a creative and nurturing environment that supports films through to major festival platforms.
As the cutting rooms and theatres continue to be booked by a diverse range of projects, Bleat remains committed to providing post-production teams with spaces that are practical, comfortable, and adaptable.
