In this course, you'll walk through the sound workflow from set to edit, focusing on the processes involved in capturing, syncing, and editing sound. You’ll explore the role of sound report sheets and the syncing process, as well as how sound editing software is used to organise, cut, and mix sound elements.
Starting in production, you'll discover how sound is recorded on set. You'll then learn how best to transfer it to the offline editorial team to prepare it for the editing process.
