This versatile space supports Atmos, higher-order ambisonics, but is also compatible with L’Isa and Spat renderers designed to cater to mixing immersive audio projects. Additional highlights include:
- Versatile ADR Suite: Configurable as a booth or same-room setup, featuring 4K laser projection, any-method session relay, and access to Sound Disposition's extensive microphone rental stock. Ideal for round-table reads, podcasts, and with the option of sessions being filmed (with or without green-screen).
- Dolby HETV Mixing Suite: Equipped with 4K laser projection and 7.1.4 ATC monitoring.
- Three Multi-Function Studios: Offering Neumann and B&W monitoring options.
- Client and Bar Space: A generous area for relaxation, refreshment and reflection which doubles as an art gallery, reflecting Sound Disposition's commitment to the creative community.
Sustainability at the Forefront:
Designed and built by Miloco, under the guidance of acoustician Nick Whitaker, the facility prioritises sustainability. Construction utilized a high percentage of reclaimed and renewable materials, and all electrical and HVAC systems are optimised for low-energy performance.
A Central London Base for Equipment Rental:
Sound Disposition’s sister company Sound Rentals will operate from the new site, allowing clients a rare convenient Central-London collection and return location.

Founded by sound designer and re-recording mixer Roland Heap in 2008, Sound Disposition has worked on over 150 feature films, numerous TV series, and immersive experiences. Their expertise in remote ADR services proved invaluable during the COVID-19 pandemic. About Roland Heap:
Roland Heap is a re-recording mixer, scoring engineer and sound designer. A graduate of the Tonmeister course, he started his career at the prestigious Abbey Road studios before working as a freelance sound recordist, sound designer and scoring engineer. He has guest lectured at a variety of educational institutions and film festivals. He founded Sound Disposition in 2008.
