Post Supervisor of the Month - Stephanie Chan

Jan 19
We are so excited to share our Post Supervisor of the Month for September 2023. This is a brilliant video interview with the very talented Stephanie Chan.

We hope you enjoy watching!

Stephanie's bio -
Los Angeles local, Stephanie Chan, gained experience in the Post Production world over the span of 10-years. Before Post Production was even a thought for her, she landed a few stints at a couple of big networks and on-air promo houses, where she learned valuable skills, before a former boss told her she'd do great in Post -- hence started fresh on her dream career.

After her first Post PA gig for a Fox-21 Pilot that went the way of many pilots (usually put in the vault), she knew that her former VP boss was right that she had a knack for "Post language". Since then, Stephanie was lucky to land shows consistently with shows like "Bates Motel", "Extant", and "Good Behavior". It was with Good Behavior where she finally earned the title of Post Supervisor. From there she kept busy with "Imposters", a brief time in Atlanta, Georgia for "Miracle Workers", "Berlin Station", "Claws", and a Netflix limited-series called "Self Made: Inspired by the Life of Madam C.J Walker".

After a flurry of years gathering her body of work, she moved up to producer-status on a couple of shows and pilots, but still has a love of Post Supervising instilled in her.

She is currently on a year-long stint on the Paramount-produced show, "The Spiderwick Chronicles".
