Introducing Sam Margaritis, co-founder of  NeuroJungle. With over 25 years of experience across the Film & TV industry, Sam has worked in senior leadership roles across on-set and post-production environments, alongside her work as a CPD-certified ADHD and neurodivergence coach. Through NeuroJungle, she helps productions and businesses better understand neurodivergence and build more supportive, inclusive working environments for their teams.

We sat down with Sam to discuss neurodiversity in the Film & TV industry, and how Post Supervisors can create supportive working environments that help their teams communicate better, feel understood, and have a positive experience at work.

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, Jess travelled down to London to meet Sam at Boom Post, where they chatted about neurodivergence within post-production, the importance of inclusive communication, recognising when team members may be struggling, and the practical approaches Post Managers can take to help their teams feel supported day to day.
