We are so excited to share our Post Supervisor of the Month for July 2023. This is a brilliant video interview with the very talented Louise Seymour.
We hope you enjoy watching!
Louise's bio -
Louise gained a wealth of experience running Goldcrest Post Production for 10 years during the ‘90s as Operations Manager controlling 2 Dubbing Theatres, 50 cutting rooms, telecine and sound transfer. She went freelance in 1999 initially as a Post Production Coordinator under Steve Barker before progressing to the Post Production Supervisor role in her own right in 2002. Having worked mainly across Independent British Films, she has become adept at handling all the demands that arise from film post-production, making her the preferred PPS not only for well established filmmakers and studios but also when leading less experienced film makers through the post-production process. She embraces the challenges presented by lower budget productions and does not hesitate to take the lead where larger productions would defer to specialists. For example, she always manages VFX without a VFX supervisor, having delivered 830 VFX shots from 4 vendors for the recently globally released The 355.
